!!Password Help!!-Must see by the GMs

I just would like to know when the password email-recovery will be available. It is taking too long since my other account has not been used since I forgot the password.

And the other thing, I also changed the password in this account recently but the z8games never sent an email reminder like "the password has been changed from this to this" like Suba did. So....???

Is there an alternative way for the email-recovery?? I am really desperate. Can anyone help me?? Oh yeah, I even contacted the GMs but no-one response.

oh yeah. i haven't lost my email that was just in that account. So why cant the GMs just do the email recovery. They treats me as if I am a thief. Pls, gms or anyone, i really need help now.. pls..pls..plzz...plzzzz. I want email-recovery, plz..plz...plzz

I've noticed that emails aren't sent when creating a new account either. Perhaps the sendmail isn't configured properly on their servers. I will bring the issue up to [GM]FallenAngel the next time I speak with him.

Well thank u, if u r able to contact the GMs, pls tell to make the email-recovery system available as soon as possible...

Oh, man....wdf is going on here in Z8games, I bet the SUBA was better!!!

Yeah, I agree... the GM should quickly check this email-recovery system. Its so annoying now when the players aren't able to retreive the password. And the most frustrating thing is that, just to get the password, we have to buy a ticket to contact the GM on this issue which could have been dont from just a simple click on our emails.

Guess, u are right about this issue, THIS IS A MUST SEE FOR THE GMS, AND THIS SHOULD BE FIXED QUICKLY THAN THAT STUPID DISCONNECTION PROBLEM... THIS IS A MUST, BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY, IF THE PLAYERS CANT LOGIN, THEY WONT GET ANY PROBLEMS TO REPORT TO THE GMS.

SO, GMS, U SHOULD REALLY FIX THE EMAIL-RECOVERY SYSTEM FIRST THAN ANY OTHER PROBLEMS...THE OTHER COMES AFTER THIS..
