character issues

Since the new halloween patch,

1)
i've noticed that there are times my character had difficulty jumping, as in it could not perform a full jump, kinda like getting stuck with gravity issues... not always, but usually in maps when there are less than 6 people...

2)
going up a ladder seems to take longer than it used to. i tried looking up while holding a knife, still was taking a long time. I've asked around in-game but no one else seems to be having that problem... tried creating a new character... had the same problem...

just wondering if these 2 issues are computer related...

i agree with 1 it just sometimes jumps up instead of forwards..

I noticed number 1 a lot but it hasn't affected me that much.
