Support Section?

As some of the mods already know, my account was hacked. No more being _Pure]-[ate_ for me. This irritates me. I need a hand in trying to get it back.

I know. Support ticket is the way to go... blah blah blah. I have a Q about that.

In the support section, Idk where I'm supposed to go in order to request Acc info for my OTHER ones. All I can do is change the info for the alt. I'm on now.

I have Confirmation emails that show the intricate details like the date my acc was created, username, security Q&A, not to mention I have the same IP addy as the one from the date of my accounts creation.

I have multiple screeny's & even fraps videos showing me playing as Mr. _Pure]-[ate_, & now I can't log in anymore due to the fact my information was changed.

Now.. I'm not going into any detals cuz it would take a while, but basically a keylogger must have taken my info away, cuz he also has my brothers as well, & other than myself, NO ONE knows my info, OR his. & the only thing that could have possibly lead to the obtaining of our info was the fact that another person living with us who also plays cf, downloaded a hack from a bot spamming up the lobby. The internet went down for a short time, but it's up & running again. Now things like my FB have also been access by other people not named Anthony Chance. This bugs me. The way I see it, the only way this could've happened is if this bot came with a keylogger. I'm guessing the bot is designed to steal info & then sell the Account or do whatever with it. It has mine. & I don't have the Email either cuz that was also changed.

Again I have past Confirmation Emails & even an UGC receipt transaction clearly stating that I have also purchased Zp on this Account. I need a hand.

I needa know where I can go to provide info on my MAIN, cuz there's only a section for the Alt I'm using. A hand anyone?

If you have a conscience, you wouldn't flame or spam this thread up with unnecessary & extremely unwanted junk.

Thank you in advance for the help. Please get at me. Soo much time & about $400 bucks were thrown in that for it to just be gone in a few mins due to my roomy's idiotic display of completely stupidity
