My computer exits me out of a match im in about 1nce every other game

Before i start this i want to say that im not trying to be a whiney baby by making this thread and i respect z8 games ad the staff for putting this game out for free and working hard on it. Also if you think you have a soulution that involes buying a new computer or buying softwear or stuff like that bear in mind that im 13 yrs old.
Kay heres my problem, I have the new hp labtop (the name of it escapes me) which is a really good computer and my dad works for computers and has a great internet connection for our house, but more than 75 percent of the matches i go into, midway through the game every other player stops and starts running in place and after about ten seconds of this i get sent back to the lobby with no exp. Ive had the same problem with a worse computer same internet connection but with that computer once when i went on vacation my dad let me use one of those usb cards that gives u internet access and with that i was perfect and didnt get exited out of games. If u have any sollutions for my problem besides using that usb card please tell me. ive had this problem ever since i got crossfire about 8 months ago and its about to drive me insane. Plz reply

either you spiked really bad (lag spike) and ping rate has a limit to how high it will go before it auto kicks you

OR

the whole room crashed thats why you got sent to the lobby was anyone being voted just before you where kicked because if a person who is being voted leaves a room just before the vote is up it can cause the room to crash
