do what i did get both. i have a camo bag (ak and DE) and a scope bag (m4a1 cus or dsr + DEscope)

DEC is better. it has a faster ROF and a faster reload.
killing someone because you reloaded faster than them makes much more difference than having an extra clip.

both have 9 bullets and i don`t think that you use scope too often..so whatever you`ll chose will be good!
