25 perm weapons?

So to get the corresponding ribbon for getting 25 permanent weapons, does it include weapons you have more than one of?
So at the moment I have 18 permanent weapons. If I was to buy 7 P228s, would that get me the ribbon? Or do repeated weapons not count?

I think the 7 P228s would count. GL anyway.

I will count them i am not even sure how many i got

but i guess above 15
