Ping problems

after the ''hero'' patch my ping sta to go crazy. normally my ping sis 45-50 and after the new patch it was 40 like 4 games... and after that it went to 200... i leaved game. and i joined other game. after that i leaved that game and joined it again.. it was 145. and i leaved and joined again.. it was 90 and again and it was 47... it doesn't work always but its annoying... what can i do with that? its annoying!!!!!!!!!!!! and so much game leaves
