I think he said it all! If its not available to you it wont work.

Have you tried refreshing the page? This may also occur when you let the page to long open without refreshing it (This happens when you have an older version of internet explorer). When you ping the site (search for cmd and type: ping z8games.com) and get a time-out the sire is just down for that moment.
