Hero mode = no exp?

I played hero mode and I only get exp from MVP is it a glitch?

I was JUST fixing to post this thread. Yeah, only the Ace/MVP have been getting EXP! Hero mode=/= No EXP, but I got 27/5 one match.

Dissapointing.

i didnt notice this because I've been mvp all the time but yeah also mvp only gets 100 max exp....

I was playing Excavation HM, the soldiers got 100% of power (Max) and it didn't crash.

I think it might just be per-map. Like most people seem to be crashing in Arena.
