It isn't, a lot of forumers will get banned for spamming to get just 1 ribbon... -

this new Military Intelligence ribbon will not bring players instead it would bring spammers. you should lower down the amount to 300-500post. or u will be busy banning people instead of doing work.
on the other note i can't use my coupons for anything since i already have all so much for new coupon guns in 1.5year.
