Personally, I rest my forearm and wrist on most of the mousepad/desk, and let my hands/fingers move the mouse.
I bearclaw it for maximum control and let my wrist and fingers do the rest... That's when I do play with a mouse... I usually use a touchpad and I'm about 40% better with the touchpad at least. -

okay intense stuff: straight back legs 90 degree angle, one hand on w a s d
rest my forearm on the table and let my wrist/hand do the moving with medium-low sens as im a rifler i use my right hand index finger that hits the left button on the mouse to fire, and when i use my awm i scope with using my right hand middle finger clicking the right button on the mouse, and I usually drag scope so i flick my wrist and press the left button mouse with my right hand index finger
