kill marks help

hello if i want to insert new kill marks it gives me blank pop-ups and no kill mark?
why is that?

Maybe bad images file? Are those images .tga? If it has another extension, you have to edit CrossFire\rez\UI\Scripts\GameIn.txt

But not sure, your problem may be somewhere else too..
