Name Change?

I bought a name change and it says i dont have it every time i click use on it in my items and try to change my name it says i dont have it? i tried using the search button for thread liek this but nothing came up some1 help?

No it shouldn't.

Go to the mall, then click the button that says "My Items" on the right.
