Yes... on the NA servers.. 130 ping and 15-20 fps.... my mouse also moves inconsistently....

As far as community support and responses go. Giggletron ftw. He at least listens to everyone and every thread, regardless of how stupid or repetitive it is.
From experience, although Ive only been here about 4 months, from what Ive seen, the other Mods either dont even respond, or respond once and then close. Cough Dott Cough. -
