any gm out there

i pm'd a gm on the 13th of October about a hacker and sent in the replay and screen shots and today is the 19th of October and it still has been unread and i've gotten no response. I know it takes time 2 bann hackers but does it also take a lot of time just to read the message and to reply back. No offense but sometimes i think the gm's aren't doing there jobs. So all i am really asking for is for a gm to atleast read the private message since i took so much time just to upload the replay and send it to you, and if i did somthing wrong with the upload or the files don't work please let me know a.s.a.p since it is my 1st time reporting some one.
