Can someone explain what Hero Mode is?

It starts like mutation mode where everyone starts as a soldier as normal.
Depending on the number of players, determines the number of mutants that are at the beginning, as usual.
A random player transforms into the Hero character at the same time the infection starts.
Mutants respawn at locations after they die, though this can be stopped eventually.
Soldiers win by surviving or killing all the mutants.
While the Hero remains unaffected, other Soldiers gain a bonus to damage.
It is rumored that mutants are also stronger (hp wise) in this mode.
Otherwise it's exactly like the regular mutation mode, just with the Hero element and respawning mutants. -
3 host mutants + 1 Hero. The mutants can evolve just by getting hit too much and after few hits they reach a certain that allow them to respawn if they die. The Hero is the balance in this mode since mutants can respawn. He use a weapon known has the Fal Camo (original gun is Fal Custom) with a grenade launcher attached to it (right click).
The humans + the Hero have a power bar that add 20% each time a mutants die (mutants who suicide also count). That make humans glow depending of the power bar level. When each the power bar reach 100%, they need less bullet to kill mutants. I'm sure to 100% about the basic rules, except for the Power Bar 100% function, we'll know it soon! -

Oh really? Then sorry for being kinda mad. But in Challenge Mode there's a kind of bar also, when it reaches the max, you have 100% speed and 100% power knife. So I though you were talkin about that, sorry, ^_^ But I never really noticed any speed change for humans when it reaches 100% I noly noticed that it takes less bullet to kill those mutants,
We will know all the rules at the patch!

and I suppose the OP has been answered so ill put in my 2 cents...
infection starts, one human also transforms into hero/savior with FAL custom w/ grenade launcher...
I think one mutant also becomes that soul ninja guy? or is that a purchasable mutant from the market like the other mutants... thats my question. -

Purchasable mutant, and the most op one to date. Tops the maiden.
