The ESL Wire and its compatibility with Cross Fire is still under testing. However, we want those participating in the Cup to test it out themselves.
So far some have been able to get it to work and most have just gotten "X-trap" errors.
Once functionality is fixed by the developers of the ESL Wire and ESL Administration, we will use it in our matches. But, for now our administration is dedicated to keep ongoing matches clean and fair by watching every replay sent in and checking for any cheating. -

On a side note; Shortly after it went into a public beta a bypass [2] surfaced, but released an update and the bypass hasn't since surfaced [publicly]. And to be honest- ....to bypass at a Ring 0 level is just far too much work, especially for an F2P game. Comparrison: WOGL > Cardboard -- Wire > Stone Blocks.

Also, the Wire Anti-Cheat cannot be used unless there is a Match set between you and another player (or your team and another team) ..
On Wire, the match will show up under "play", right click and run the game from there. The Wire AC will automatically start, and when you close the game, it will automatically end.
If you have ESL-Premium you can then use the gather system which gives you the option of running the Wire AC at anytime, even without a match.
Gather system is used for scrims, pugs, drafts, etc... -
