Issues with lag

I've now gotten to where I lag to the europeans I have soo many people who shoot me in the head about 50% more by strays when they miss completely I run a 62ping at night and most people I lag to run 130ping I don't think I should be lagging at all with a 62ping and 120fps since this patch I've died behind walls several more times than ever before (meaning I was completely behind cover and still get shot and no I wasn't on the corner I was completely behind cover) at least before it was when I looked around a corner then bam I was dead now I look around a corner walk back about 5 paces then I'm dead so yea I'm assuming you guys are catering to the higher pings now or somethin cause I've never had lag like this on any game on this very same internet connection and still don't...

thats their lagg
on their lient it will have registered they hit you
got to the server and back to you where you didnt move quick enough
im also one of those 130 pingers but ill be like 8 when the UK server comes
