Kickoff 1v1 Cup Rule Specifications

To ensure fair play during the Kickoff 1v1 Cup, these rules must be followed. If you are participating in this Cup, it is expected that you have agreed to this policy (and its changes) and penalties can be upheld. In order for your match and this Cup to run smoothly, please read over these rule specifications and changes. Thank you and have a great match.

Cup Specifications of those Rules:

[1.1 - 1.4] All Global Rules must be followed.

[2.0] Penalties may be given accordingly.

[2.1] Scale of penalties will be used.

[4.2] Settings will be set as:
[B]4.2.1.  Server - Channel[/B]
Only the following servers may be used for matches:
•	Echo Server - Channel 6
•	US West Server - Channel 6
•	US South Server1 - Channel 6
Players must agree upon the server/room 
information prior to the match date. 
This agreement must be visible in a match 
comments on the match page.

[B]4.2.2.  Room Settings[/B]
You must use the room settings for your 
matches as stated below. 
If wrong room settings are used, both sides may 
get 2 penalty points each.

[B]4.2.2.2.  Team Death Match[/B]
[B]Room Name[/B]: *Room Name* (Recommend "ESL *player1* vs *player2*")
[B]Mode[/B]: Team Death Match
[B]Winning Rule[/B]: Time
[B]Objective[/B]: 5 Minutes (Each Side)
[B]Intrusion[/B]: Yes
[B]Perspective[/B]: 1st person
[B]Players (max amount of players)[/B]: 14 players Spectate
[B]Password[/B]: *Room Password* 
(If the match is admin spectated, a password will be given)
[B]Respawn Time[/B]: 3 sec

[4.3] Forbidden Programs must be followed.

[4.4] Allowed Weapons Specified:
These are some weapons that 
will also be allowed -
M4-A1 [adv, silver]
AK-47 [silver, camo]
SG552 [camo]
XM1014 [adv]
any AWM variation

[4.6] Bug/Glitch Usage must be followed.

[5.1 - 5.8] Matches must be followed.

[6.1 - 6.2] Data and Records must be followed.

Added Rules:

- All participating players must have ESL Wire running while playing their match. [Screenshots and Replays must be uploaded as well]

- The time period in which you may set your first match will be set as:
February 4th - February 9th (all matches posted later than this date will be invalid)

- Please go to your match's comment section in order to communicate with your opposing team. (this can be found be going to the tournament tree and clicking "vs." for your match)

- Agreement on the match date/time must be clear and visible on that comment section. Players must also agree upon the server/room information prior to the match date. This agreement must be visible in a match comments as well.

- Teams that do not respond using the comment section will forfeit the match.

- After a match date/time is shown in the comment section, an admin will respond with instructions. If an admin indicates that the match will not be "admin-spectated", you are allowed to play that match as long as you provide the necessary data/records after the match (Screenshots, Replay/Demos)

- Sections about after-match reporting (Section 5. Matches and Section 6. Data Records) must be followed in the correct format.
