Problem please help

When i start the game i log in and when i go to join a game it just says
Connecting game room.
Please wait.
But then it just keeps saying this and doesnt let me close the game or anything. Also even if i dont try to join a game after a minute or so it just says
Connecting game room.
Please wait.
Can someone help me with this ive uninstalled the game then reinstalled it but that hasnt worked either.
