How to Win Crossfire Film Contest 2011
Note: This will not guarantee you a win, but it will raise your chances by about 40%, the other 60% are hard work & creativity.
1.) Dont use spop/star, makes you look bad.
2.) Use Search and Destroy Matches. 3kills and above.
3.) While using male characters, use professional weapons. Like:Regular m4,Regular ak.
4.) Dont use m12s,scar and other easy weapons.
5.) Sync your video (not as easy at it looks).
6.) Have a Intro,Body and Outro.
7.) Try and use in gameplay, but if its out of the question use a replay.
8.) Use CSS sounds, sounds cool!
9.) Make sure your video gets straight to the point, dont lolligag and take forever to get a kill.
10.) Please upload to the best quality possible. Use Sony Vegas.

i just have to learn how to sync
syncing is easy. just add the song into vegas, play it and on every beat, press the 'm' key. after you're done, just split the clip in parts where the shots happened, and drag one part of the clip holding 'ctrl' to the nearest sync mark. take the other end, hold 'ctrl' and drag it to the sync mark. -
If you want to win a CFFA then I suggest following the 3 most important rules.Use the text "Cross Fire Film Awards 2011" in a credit sequence.We've received a LOT of videos, more than we can count atm. But we're in the process of DQ'ing a ton of them because they haven't even followed the above 3 basic rules.

Use different modes together and mix it that will make it more interesting for everybody!

1.) Wrong point. Just because he uses SPOP, that doesn't make him instantly bad, if he does 5k all qs or 5k deagle shots, he won't be noob just because he's using a SPOP.
2.) True, but only for the killer category
you can have a good creativity and amazing editing skills while using terrible frags.
3.) Also wrong. Even if they use a Golden deagle and get a 5k headshots, it's all good, he would pwn you anyways with his regular deagle.

3. Put a shitload of flashy, unnecessary effect in your vid
4. Put in a ton of TDM multikills
5. Make sure there is either 'pro', 'extreme' or 'best' and a ton of special characters in your name
6. Use a song that's not original at all. preferably horrible rap, overused metal songs or an overused techno song.
Seriously, keep in mind what kind of people will vote, it's freakin' crossfire. -

lol i use star in my vid its the same as the outher models no matter what you say ^^

useing the best weapon in the game
i hate flashy effects, afterall its the kills you want to watch, altho some people have nice edeting skills but thats not realy to me, what a kill video is about.
i use normal sounds,..
i have a song i like for the music i dont care of outher people like it or not ^^
so far i have completed 3:45 of my video it currently contains 54 kills i have 3 small parts to do then finnished.
i agree with the upload quality ^^ i record at 90 fps each 1:20 is over 3gb once the vid is made and compiled in hopefully high def (at the least it will look good youtube size maybe not full screen)
its fun anyways ^^
