Its kinda stupid idea but give it a look.
It would be something like Elimination map where u can hide in holes.
Every hole got 5 grenades.
Ur mission is too kill all enemy's only whit grenades.
I got this idea when i was playing Worms xD.
Pls dont flame.
i thinks it's a good idea and plus it will help you with the soldier badge nades -

Anyways it's not possible, on the Extermination maps out now, you can only pick up one grenade. Even if there are more on the ground and you threw the one on hand, you can't pick up another, I've tried.
Try it on Alaska -

I have been wanting a grenade only map for this game for a while, I mean come on. Other first person shooters have it, why not crossfire. It would be fun, and to make it even better the more kills you get while alive the more damage and spread your nades should have. I love nades, I can tear apart ppl with just one nade. Imagine a mode where you get to have more then one and pick up more as you go along. It would be brutal and epic
worms back in action lol.
