Kriss- Fast reload, low recoil, great accuracy, fast firing rate, low damage.
Xm8- Average reload, mid recoil (little harder to use compared to the scar lite imo), good accuracy, good damage.

Kriss is just very easy to use hence its a noob gun. Xm8 is ok kinda of a borderline noob gun. You can make the argument that it is a noob gun while at the same time having points where it isn't a noob gun etc etc.

Kriss IS the better gun but it won't make you a better player.
Xm8 ISN'T the better gun but it will make you a better player.
Take your pick.
