Almost 2 years ago, after I finally got a decent internet connection, I began to search for a decent online F2P FPS. Tried a lot of them, WarRock, Combat Arms, Soldiers Front, A.V.A. (this one later but still), etc. and of course CrossFire.

They were all full of hackers (CF had the invisible, speed, auto-knife-AWM, etc.) but something in CF made me stay (its resemblance with CS which I played for a long time helped) and I gave up on the others.

i was playing soldier front when i was introduced to cf my friend told me and i was also playing css and i thought the movement was wayyy smother and i loved it since when i was on subagames and that was like 07-08 i think

I already played CF when there was no NA/UK one.
It's very popular in China, so I played the Chinese one on cf.qq.com
