Ban List Fake?
According to the banlist [D]ark[K]ing got kicked for hacking, but according to this SS that is not the case (i just took it). not to mention i see profiles that haven't played in months, as far back as February, getting banned for "hacking." Are these bans just to make it look like they're banning more hackers than they actually are?

If his account was given back then that means you guys don't know a hack when you see one. and if he didn't get banned, why is he on the list. -

Yeah I've reported a guy, he got banned his name is on the banned list.
He is still playing and even got a name change and zp.
Also I've reported Progunn3r 3 times with the same report and he is still playing, I gave up in the end.
btw the report was of him using a knife hack in TD, to instantly kill everyone like a dog.
I don't know how that is't obvlious, hes lucky he got ZP. -
