Yah, it takes some skill but I'm not finding body shots getting a kill at point blank ranger. Of course headshots are instant kill but they should be. When you look at the stats on the gun compared to other smgs it really seems it ought to be able to do more than it does. This gun should be re-labeled as a shotgun and be given slightly better damage potential.
Seriously... where are the single body shot kills? I'm not getting them. -

Keep the winchester.. It's one of the most well-known rifles out there... Been used for over 50 years. What needs to be adjusted is the range.. The dang thing is a rifle, not a shot gun... Meaning sniper rifle distance with the power of an m700.
The power doesn't have to be juiced, just the range.. Although like the person said.. Could kill a bear in almost 200 meters.. That's a bit too much though because ppl would whine OP to a gun that is a really poor example of it's real life counter part.
Then again, wdfreak do I care? I'm most likely leaving after the patch if it doesn't fix my ping issues that I've been having since last patch.. -

No? It's a 1hit hs at like medium/close range. I don't even think it's a 1hit body shot when you're aiming up someone's ass.
B. At least needs a power boost long range. As stated previously, it's basically like a shotgun right now. -

^this. My KDR is 3.0 and I can't even drop a 2.0 with a Winchester against a decent team (noobs are another story :P). Show me someone rocking a 3.0 with that piece of cr@p and I'll buy the scoped version. -

Winchester scope is significantly more powerful than the regular chester you get from the tommy crates. If you can aim, a head shot will do the job from pretty long range. A body shot at close range is a 1 shot kill. It's kinda like a shotgun that gets range damage. I like using it in ghost mode.
