[FIX] Windows 7 high ping

"* Open regedit
* Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile
* There will be an entry for network performance throttling, default value is 10; set it to FFFFFFFF hex (will look like 0xFFFFFFFF to the right of the entry)
* Reboot "

network performance throttling = NetworkThrottlingIndex
This isn't just for crossfire its for evrything that uses internet.
I had 130 ping before and after this 65.

Thanks a lot.
I've recently installed windows 7 x64 and had a huge problem with my ping.
was spiking from 60-80 to 3-400 max.
This helped.

Nothing seems to work for me, i have tried like 4 didn't ways, none works for me
