With my FPS, I can make it 180 in a 8v8 match... But is that too high? Should I make it to where it plays at 80-100 instead? Please help:)

I've known people who have had their FPS in the 200's to 300's.
The higher the better amirite?

FPS can't be too high.

I have ~150 in 8v8 and its fine.

You guys are all lucky

I get like....60 fps in 8v8 and that's on a good day.
6v6 I get 80+

Don't you remember when I cried about my fps xD
Had ~20 in 8v8 back in november.

Oh and btw,there is no difference between 80 and 600

Well I used to get 15 and then I bought a new nicer laptop. >.>
Sometimes it goes down to 25 and it sucks

^Wdf? Lol. I have a laptop. Get 108 in 1v1, 30-50 in 8v8, 50-70 in 5v5.

As long as you don't get into the relm of 650+ FPS your fine. As I hit 650 in 8v8 all the time and more in lesser matches. This acces of FPS will lead into something that is rather cool...I'll have to post up a video of it. But I end up with SLOOOOW MOOOO weapon switches.

When I draw my weapon everything else moves at full speed...but my weapon, which draws slow and the animation is slow as well. Which prevents me from firing rounds till the animation completes.

It would take you about 1.5 or so seconds to pull a P228, however it will take me about 3 seconds to draw the same weapon.

So...yes, having to many FPS can be a bad thing!!!!

You can have, 200 fps but have your screen only be able to display 60. Higher is better, yes, But you wont have and advantage over someone with 70-100

Hmph. I wish I had that problem. I get about 20-30 fps in 8v8 and 25-30 in 5v5.

I always thought human eye can only see 24 frames per second.

I heard the 25th frame was used in old movies to put subliminal messages in xD
But that might be a myth.

Btw. I have 100ish.

and i have one question is fps related to the ping cause sometimes my fps become 200 and i found my ping 350 and sometimes it become 200 and my ping becomes 69 so how does the ping thingy work ?
