Angry!!! Zp offers!!
Ok, i completed like 4 different offers to get zp and they all said i completed them, i waited like 20 minutes and i still havn't got my zp!!!! I am very angry, and now my e-mail is full of spam, z8 you just scammed me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sort this out now please!!!

Yea you always get spammed from that junk, but you should at least recieve your ZP for going through all that trouble.
thats the problem when u complete the offer u should recieve it right away not go thru all the hassel, if they would just give it 2 u right there and then everyone would be happy like me... i did some surveys it SAID i got 5,625 zp but when when i checked my account it said 0zp so yea Z8 Games i really advise u to address this problem and continually work on a solution! -

Same thing happened to me,plus i had to pay the call credit(10 euro's) for 0 zp. another words,its fake advertising. -

ya i did the blockbusters one and i was already going to get blockbusters before then and i wanted to get zp while doing it so i did it and now i dont have any zp. I have like 800 zp before then and then thezp was takin instead of given. This is really bull i want the zp i deserve. which is about 4000 -

1.- ZP surveys do work, I know several people that got their ZP..
2.- Z8 didn't scammed you, since you didn't spent money at all
3.- Are you complaining about the chance of getting ZP for Free? I mean, Really?
The survey works ppl, i got 11000 zp total from Surveys. And some survey require right info. AND stop complining about FREE ZP. -

The answer however is available on the forums already if you had done some reading.
First off, for regular ZP transactions you have to send a support ticket in to get the necessary help. Support tickets are done privately so that prevents you from sharing sensitive and confidential information with the public. (things like account numbers, loginID etc)
So please use support.z8games.com for that kind of problem.
Having said that, this seems that your problem was for the Z8 Games Reward Tool, you completed a survey but didn't receive any ZP?
There is a clearly labeled thread on the boards where you can go for that information.

haha griffy,11k zp?how much money you had to pay for the handy scamm f**k to get this little amount of zp?20$?for that money you can have 20k zp,but be happy with your wannabe "free" zp,i dont do that scamm crap,just fake.especially the german surveys,z8 never looks on the surveys they put on their site?tried 5 of them,never got e-mails that tell me i got my survey done,either the zp.but spam e-mails and everything else ive got :P.funny one z8. -

u have to send a email to : noreward@blvd-media.com with following information: 1) Name of the Game, 2) User ID, 3) The name of the offer that didn't convert, 4) The reward value of the offer 5) A screenshot of the Thank You or Congratulations page so we may investigate the issue with the advertiser.

Lawl, They didn't scam you. Most likely you didn't give the right information. -
If u don't want spamm just create another e-mail account to get free zp....
