Aiming. My aim sucks ballz. My gamesense and angles are pretty good, but my aim / reaction time / press reaction/ spraying ability sucks [used to be able to spray well but since i barely play its crap now]. Anyway, i guess like 95% of my frags are from flanks, using my nades well or outsmarting them. The rest of my frags are luck. Sooooooooo...... any advice or guidance and tips to help me out?

crouch and shoot 3~5, don't spray.
Try a new sens.

Go with a friend to Crossroads map (Elimination) and practise with him.
It depends on each weapon but if you shoot with the weapon you like try to single shot, then burst shot, then spray, all to the wall to see where and how it hits. Watch the spray pattern of each weapon.
After that practise on your friend.

Just play some ship/monaco/powerplant td and try to get all headshots.

Don't play TD, because it's very predictable where people will appear and it's easy to hold choke points. S&D isn't good for aiming either because of the lack of repetition, so that leaves FFA. Run around with your weapon and frag.
