ACE Bug.

I noticed alot when I 1 v. 1 that when I get more kills that guy, hes still the GOLDEN ACE and I'm the gray ACE.
Ex. I was 1 v. 1 with i-play-tuba.
When he got 15 kills and I got 13 kills he became the GOLDEN ACE.
When I got 17 kills and he got 15 kills, he was still GOLDEN ACE.
Also, on the top it didn't show my first two kills.
Also, when I kill someone in 1 v. 1, on top were it says: GR 100 BL, it doesn't show my kill, even know I killed. Can someone tell me what this is? Fix it, it only happens in TDM 1 v. 1.
