xTrap Error

Idk if this has been asked or what so im going to ask myself, But every time my brother goes to play Cross fire he gets xtrap error or some sht like that. Anyway to solve it because it's been months now. And i just want to play in game with him, so anyone know. Besides download when they got a new downloadable patch or w.e, all help i can get would be great thanks. I Have no other info about it other than it says xtrap error every time he plays it and it just shuts off.

The Halloween patch lasted like a month so probably the end of january or early febuary.
I havent been able to play since Dec. 12th -.-

Well My brother hasn't been able to play since he got a new computer..... And all it says is Xtrap error... So im guessing his will never be fixed cause it's been since like idk October, novemer ? Either one.
