Cannot DL

i get that after it downloads and i try try to install, i have tried running the install as admin. and that didn't work.

the game Dl'ed fine 2 days ago, then i started getting random 1k ping spikes (usual ping 47)
so i uninstalled the game and tried to re-install and kept getting that error.

I read a guide on this forum and it said to delete the crossfire folder (seeing how the un-install only removes the game and not the folder) so I did and i still received this error.


Please help, I am finally getting back into this game after 4 or so months, I used to really enjoy this game and i want to enjoy it again.
