Recent Services with Gambit Surveys and Offers

As many of you have already noticed, we have temporarily taken down Gambit Surveys and Offers from our Free ZP ad company section of the deposit page.

There is a lot of information here so please read this carefully.


We have seen a lot of chargebacks come through from surveys and offers by Gambit. This has led to numerous accounts being closed and in need of help and support to direct the people to the proper places to work out the chargeback issues.

A chargeback with regards to a surveys, most often occurs when an account uses fraudulent or fake information. It is not only limited to that however, and in every case it is YOUR responsibility to contact Gambit about the specific transaction/survey/offer to have it looked at by them to see what the problem may have been.

Make sure to provide the Chargeback Transaction ID which is provided for you when you log in with the account in question.

For those that haven't yet received their chargeback Transaction ID, you can get it from our support team. We are making a change to the log-in system such that soon you will see this Transaction ID when you log in properly from all areas of the site.

Understand that chargebacks are a serious issue, regardless of whether you used real or fake information. A chargeback is an issue that will close your account until the chargeback is restored.


Alternatively, to restore your account you can use the regular methods to pay chargebacks back. And survey related chargebacks do not incur the $10 Bank Penalty fee.
