Cross Fire problems

My Cross Fire will randomly just freeze and then I have to hard restart my PC. This is really annoying because I can only play acouple matches and then it does this during a match.

Please help me, Thanks

dont use hacks i messes with the game files
jokes...
its probably a hardware issue
or your pc is using too much ram
get gamebooster
