Infraction explanation

We know way too little about the current infranction system, only some bits and pieces we could put together by searching different threads. My suggestion is to make a thread (preferably in Announcements) in which a GM or MOD explains how the infraction system works exactly (a link to this thread could be added to future pms regarding infractions)

And what about the posts/hour limit Delaco spoke of? How long until 1 infraction expires (if that even has a set time)? Will people be notified when their infraction expires? How many points are serious infractions?
