Weird.. pc-slowing.. error in CF???

When i start CF it takes forever untill i get this little blank window with only a button..
if i normally click it i get a website saying some errors..
now my pc gets all slow cause of this..
and i cant enter CF at any possible way
it just makes my quadcore be a pentium 1... '-.-

anyone got this to?

if ur gonna need screenshots to study this it will take a while..
but im willing to do so for a GM.. or high respected forumposter
