Help pls CF wont run

Hello i want to run crossfire but when i run it my G4Box show then i click Start game.
Then it asks for admins pw.
Wich i dont have and it wont let me run CF how do i fix this? It says it has no publisher might it be because of that?

By admin's pass could that mean that your not the admin on your cpu? Because if you arent your cpu's administrator w/ win7 or vista it wont let you run cf or any game without the admin's go ahead/ password.

Like Recitude said. Your brother probably changed your PW or gave you a limited member permissions.

CF needs you run it as an administrator to get it working. That's why it asked for a password.

He has probably changed the P/W like everyone else said, now if you want to rebel re-install Windows.

Or just wait for him to come home and sort it out.

lol. I doubt you could reinstall windows before your bro gets back. Takes like 2 hours or so... You'd prolly have to do it at night lol.

That is why I don't like 7/Vista it's too slow, XP FTW.

Yeah. I don't like all those Guey features given in windows7/vista. I like the old school, simple XP. Just hope they make a modified xp so ppl can still use it 5 years from now lol.

It's a free OS, nothing fancy but you can't play cf on it ¬¬

hahhaa I figured as much.. Anythin free always has that kinda catch lol. There should be a way to have windows 7 or something and be able to at least make it look like XP. Like "xp classic version" or something like that lol so you're not as limited.

Maybe when they make the new Windows it might be more like XP I hope so

I doubt it... The new thing now is to be as "user friendly" and "futuristic" as possible. They won't go old school... But they should at least have that type of option.
