I think scout a 3 should have been the kriss for 90 days and elite a 1 should be M4 Gold 30 days

this guide is correct for the most part, except in the last part, you don't get 2 name cards of each badge, In Grade A level 2 of each badge you get the spray, then on Grade A lvl 3 you get the name card, both of which are permanent.
