replays problem?

so i was trying to watch a replay but i was trying to fast forward the thing but it wasn't working... is it me or is it just suppose to be like that? and another thing is i have 4 replays in my folder but i was onnly able to see 2 of them in the replay section in the game

for as long as i can remember it has never worked
