I don't get response back

Hey guys!
yesterday i did 2 payments,so i can get my account info back,i sent that application with my payment proof
"Buddieshops 183929498292 example of a code
sent 2 different payments + screenshot,yesterday,and why they're not sending me back the info? also i checked for email changing,how will they change my email???

I wouldn't expect a reply back within 1 day, it may take several days or a week.

I don't understand what you mean by them changing your email. You can change the email address yourself under Account, then Account Management.

If you sent a new email address with your support ticket then maybe they will reply to that email, but you will have to wait and see.

it's so annoying,they answered so fast in the past,and now i need to wait a week or more...

There's no point in bumping a thread on the forums for an account issue you sent a ticket on.

You sent a payment issue ticket on Friday after banks close for the weekend.

You will get a response as soon as possible.

The reason there might have been a problem could be anything from unverified accounts to international banking payment methods.. International transactions especially don't always happen instantly. Just relax for a moment, take a deep breath. Wait for your response from the system and we'll be able to sort the issue out as soon as possible!
