my crossfire broken

well i was playing crossfire and suddenly i got dc well i think oh well lets start it back up but then it comes up with the box like gamg guard is running so i wait bout 10 mins then try again same problem so i decided to re-install crossfire to while downloading at the end the error message: acess violation at adress sometting somone numbers


HELP!
