I lost my registered e-mail adress of my Account!

What should i do?
I know the security answer and the password of my account in Crossfire.
But i lost my registered e-mail adress, please help me.

How do you lose your email address?

Do you mean you forgot the email or the password to your email?

Well anyway, you don't need your email address to login to the website, just your username & password.

Then go to My account > account management > Change email address > enter your secret answer, a new email and confirm it.

I forgot my registered e-mail and i cant change the password because i need the registered e-mailadress to change them.

You don't need the old email address to change it to a new email address. Then when you have done that, you can change the password using the new email address.

Ok, I'll try again. Please do this in order, step by step.

1) Go to the account management page > Change email address > enter your secret answer, enter a new email address you can access and confirm it.

2) Check your email, confirm the email address change by clicking the link in the email.

3) Go back to your account management page, enter your current password, enter the new email address you just confirmed and enter a new password.

I have just performed the above steps twice, to change my registered email address, then change my password, and then gone back to put the original email and password back in.

I dont get a letter in my post of my e-mail adress...
I dont can click on the link because I dont have a letter of z8games in my post with a link
What happening?

Did the email end up in junk or spam filtered?
Sure the email address you entered is correct?

Also you could try creating a new free email account, eg googlemail and use that.
