X-TRAP Error

I am not sure what to do about this error i have been receiving for the past couple hours when I start up the client. I press START, >> X-TRAP loads, >> HGW loads, >> then I see this pop-up ...



If I could get a response on this problem soon as possible I would be most grateful. Please please reply back to me here.

I ended up doing a System Restore Point. I am not sure if this was the problem. Before this X-TRAP error started I uninstalled my Avast Anti-Virus and installed ThreatFire. Then I reinstalled Avast. Once all my system scans had been run I tried to enter the game. That's when I got the Error msg. So System Restore and a game reinstall seemed to correct the problem.

I noticed a few threads from players having similar problems. I hope that my solution and explanation of my previous actions leading to the problem may help others and or the GM's & DEV's in finding what in fact causing this error.
