saving game problems

hi there my problem is that i cant save half of clan war game and when we finished clan war i try to save game but nothing happened... in storage where i can see replay of the games i saved i cant find any CW saved game ,and it lasts for about two months that i can not save any clan war and that is not only my problem my team mates in clan have same problem i try to uninstal and again instal CF klient and nothing has changed
