Ping Problem

My Ping on crossfire is about 193/194/almost 200 and before it was not like that. It was around 170. My internet connection, for those who want to know, is 7mb. I live in Brazil, south. Anyone know what is my problem?

Sinze there are alot of player's on Cf it's getting pretty laggy. If your running wireless try running Wire'd for gaming. And if your running wireless make sure no one is leeching off your network.
