Why support didn't answer my 3 questions? I have a big problem and the just change message status to CLOSE. Omg.
So I repeat:
Please help and answer. I forgot my security answer and I take option:
"I forgot my security adress". I wrote 2 good e-mails and the information appeared:
"Thank you! Your account information will be sent to your registered email address momentarily."
But there's no message on my e-mail. Please help me. I wait 3 days and NOTHING!
If someone can help me please answer my question. Maybe it's becouse I have Polish e-mail, no English? And there's some problems with it? Help me!

If I can understand you....

So I must send another ticket with the same information but I must received another e-maill adress? But I hope it won't help me. I suppose there is problem with the origin of my e-mail. I have Polish e-mail- no English! Maybe there's some problems with sending the security answer to my country? What do you think? Please answer.
