Zp, i am really angry !!!!! D:<

I am really angry with z8, why? Because around 1 month ago, i pay money for zp. And guess what? They give me nothing, i send the ticket to them 3 times, and still nothings! And i contact paypal and they didn't reply.


This is the most angry problem i had in cf.

  • Probably too obvious, but have you checked back at the support page where you made your original ticket? They only send replies through that system. They won't email you or anything.

  • As stated, we don't send personal replies back to emails or phone numbers. We reply to the tickets in the system and you have to go back to the support page for an answer.

    I guarantee if you've sent in 3 tickets you've at least gotten a reply to one of them.

    If it's a pay pal issue than you'll have to take it up with them, try calling them. Make sure to quote the transaction id you received in your confirmation email.

    If it's an accounting issue with your bank or credit card then you'll also have to take it up with them. You haven't received the ZP because the transaction hasn't been processed. Which is almost always an outside issue. Especially if it's been as long as you've stated.
  • As Saidin said, contact your payment provider (method you have choosen) and tell themt he transation didn't work, and just do it again.
