Well it worked for me I dont know for you lol..
Disable your anti virus firewall and your windows firewall.
Thats all
I use avira after i disabled the firewall the game worked well for me xD

It is still going on, its the Delay within the Modem/Wireless Device people have. The connection is kicking out within the server, to your / our internet.
