Loyal customers and members
Since Z8 games has taken over , there has been increasing problems with patches from them . The deagle is messed up as i can a test to along with others . Now an apparent easing our pain by giving us what some may call bribes to keep us playing and paying to play .
Since they did not want to seriously fix the hacking issues , the sending in of replays and banning even the most obvious of hackers has gone unchecked by those in charge . They Z8 will not hire more ppl to clear up the problem since the revenues will be cut back by hiring more ppl to review the replays . Sure the new mods ( no disrespect intended ) are given instructions to keep the sheep in line with less than adequate responses if any to the loyal customers that ask them .
Z8 , you have done well to muffle the voices of the public and rip ppl off by doing nothing concrete about the hacking problems . Loyal customers have openly offered their assistance in ridding the game of hackers but that offering has fallen on deaf ears .
You will not be the big part of the gaming market by doing nothing other than watch from the sidelines . So as new clans emerge and former clans refuse to clean up the hacking , loyalty to those clans never should of been there in the first place and the clan i did not mention knows who it is . because we sent the leader the replays and he did what you have seen fit to do " NOTHING " . So we leave for better clans and better games to entertain our selves with .

your post isn't completely correct mate.
first of all, I don't think Z8 should be doing any updates against cheats. I don't think they are in charge of updating gameguard, but the company behind gameguard is. So please do not keep Z8 responsible for that.
And secondly, about the fact they don't want to get more GM's to view the replays & ban players because it costs too much, that is imo not the real reason. I'm in an anti-cheat team for clanbase & Tactical Ops as well, we don't get paid at all, so they can also just ask people to do it without paying them, the big problem is: they have to trust those people 100%, kind of hard to trust people that you don't even know in real life! and also, those people need to have the time to do so!
so I don't think it's about money for Z8
give them some credit please. Yes they should be more active in viewing replays, but that doesn't give us the right to whine against them, they are still human, they can't do everything, they can make mistakes, and after all, do they really have to ban hackers? They do that to please the customers, but if they would stop banning them, you can't say they do anything wrong... -
I think Z8 has nothing to do with game files. They bought the right to host game server and they can do whatever. The weapons/maps/etc/etc was made by the people they bought the rights from?
Am I right icely? This is how it works with different games. -

Thats right, features can be requested and other things but a lot of content is from the Devs. If I remember correctly, the buddy server was created and maintained by Z8. -

my reports -for sure none of them is in the blocklist although months ago posted- count 10 and more.
now go to the blocklist.

wow icely... thats like Obama using the us postal service as an example of a "well run" gov. owned company.
but to the thread starter............. DRAMA QUEEN.... yes their are hacks... No it dont think it is Z8's area of control to change game code to fix it.... YES it is their job to ban reported hackers..... YES hackers do get baned.. (just not ones i report) yes they need help with hacker control with more active roll of ingame mods reviewing replays... NO this will not happen because Z8 is a for profit company,, Not a free MOD for a retail game, they cant just hand that kind of control and power to unpaid mods with out the liabilty of a rouge moderator baning people who dont need to be.
It took me months to stop expecting these guys to act like a MOD dev team. (those of you who are active in the retail game moding communitys know what i am talking about)
But it hit me, they cant act like that, they have the liability issues that come from being a Bizness. yes it frustrates me, yes i lash out in forums sometimes... BUT DUDE, you seem to take this WAY to seriously. -

Back in the suba days i reported speed hackers and invisi hackers,, all with replays and screen shots, and all correct information. checked about 2 weeks after reports and all were still active and not on ban list. i check about 3 weeks ago, which would be a month or 2 after reports and they were still not banned.. (and some of the replays had even been downloaded) so in those cases there was no chance they did not hack... in this instance it could be argued that the player in question 9 out of 10 times prescoped his shots and just happened to follow other players nametags thru the wall by chance... but it would be stretch.
and icly... ID love to send it straight to saidin. but as stated in my post, every time i try to pm him it says his inbox is full....... the support ticket system has a option specific for reporting "complaints/hacking" so i only assumed this is what was to be done."

I am not sure how often I have said this but G4Box has now and will always be the ones who run Cross Fire in the US, Canada, and UK regions. As such the team running the game here has never changed between our moves from the last portal to now Z8Games. I am saying this to make sure that everyone knows that the only difference from before to now is a name of a company and a bit less staff, everyone here is still trying their best to bring the best quality games out to everyone and make sure everything works well.
That being said we are not the developers of these games and as such we can not always get all we need and when we do get something it could have bugs. We work with them to try and solve all these issues but it does take time and more patching sometimes. When it comes to GameGuard it's also the same idea and it also takes time since they need to always stop new hacking tools as they come out.
As a company we know that we need to do more on some areas and are trying to by many different means, this includes getting more staff, but the main issues or hacks have to be taken care of by GameGuard which we are always pushing to do more since it will not matter how much we do if our anti-hack system is not fully working. But in the end even that is not always 100% possible thanks to all the bad hackers out there who think it's fun to ruin the fun of other players.
Now as for the inappropriate name issue there... he is already banned and most of the names you do in a search are most often banned. Even if someone is banned they will still show up in a search for the time being since their accounts are still there even if they can not be played anymore. We will try and find a better method of hiding all banned players in the future.
If anyone has any real ideas on how to help though that would always be appreciated and we would love to see your posts in the suggestions forum so we can improve our company. -
I want to say that Z8 is awesome and working hard to bring us all the best gaming experiance possible. People apparently don't realise that it takes a lot of effort to keep a game of this size running. And considering that this game is free to play, its a damn good one. Don't like it? Go play combat arms. Like it but want it better? Then do your part and donate ZP. And it can take up to 30 minutes or more to make an informed decision from a replay if someone is hacking. And half the time the videos being sent in aren't even of actual hackers, just someone that is good that a noob got angry at for actually aiming. Z8 works hard and long, so stop complaining and enjoy the awesome game they give us.

I have my share of my complaints about Z8 too, but seeing as how good Crossfire is and yet all of the people trolling about every patch and all of it's bad qualitites, I think that some people don't realize how much work is put into this game to make it possible. Yeah, I've played against hackers, chammers, glitchers you name it, but no game is perfect, even the ones you have to pay for. Even World of Warcraft has thousands gold sellers, account stealers, and hasn't released a new raid in months. Compared to most of the people that just post on the forums to complain about every little bug and every time they get kicked from a room, it might seem like I'm trying to kiss ass, but all I'm doing is telling the flamers to do is STFU and QQ somewhere else, if you don't like the game and think the GMs don't do anything then GTFO the forums.
